Every natural calamities are a balancing act of the earth.............. you can only take some precautionery measures to escape........ not to stop. For example..... when water flows through a pipe with high pressure some where the pipe will burst and start leaking like a fountain....... if you try to close that leak some other burst will take place........ instead you have to reduce the pressure of waterflow. In case of Nature..... we cant stop rain , heat, wind....etc. You can only try to move out if we have the prediction.
