Every nutritional molecule you consume comes with a tag on it that - TopicsExpress

Every nutritional molecule you consume comes with a tag on it that tells your body what it is, and which receptor sight that molecule needs to be parked in. For example, if you eat a carrot your body will take the vitamin A molecules, Beta Carotene molecules, fiber molecules, etc, read the info tags to see what molecules they are, and plug them into the appropriate receptor sites so that your body amy extract the nutrients. But what happens if you eat a heavily processed food like a hot dog or chicken nugget? Those processed foods lack the tag that identifies any nutritional molecule. So assuming there is anything in that food with any nutritional value, your body wont absorb it. This same concept applies to the uber expensive and highly popular protein supplements and and other work out aids that are sold for high dollars to consumers that simply dont know any better. Stop wasting your money on these overpriced and ineffective supplements. Hemp protein powder is a complete amino chain found in its whole food state, thereby bioavailable. Muscle Milk or any other super expensive protein powder otr supplement is NOT. Same goes for vitamins, creatine, etc. Stop wasting your money on high priced crap and keep your nutritional supplements basic and in the whole foods state they were meant to be consumed in. That means eat well and drop the Twin Labs crap.
