Every so often I think of a really neat, quick, mind-body exercise to share online. Here is one such example: Watch this video. It will only take 60 of your life and in return it will give you a new level of awareness and control of the power of your mind. Heres whatchya do: watch the water bubbling, feeling your body breathing very comfortably (hint: this is the key), and then, and then, determine whether you want to give your attention to the speeding cars or the bubbling zen fountain. In other words, try to focus on the sound and sight of the water and almost forget about everything else. Its not easy cuz its an elephant in the room now but, to do it even a little bit shows you how much power you have in creating your own view and way in the world. 60, go!:)
