Every year around this time we all revisit the conversation about new beginnings. The end of the calendar year usually represents new goals and leaving the misfortunes of the past behind. This year is no different however for me, this time I feel my approach is from a wiser perspective. I know now change is inevitable, whether willingly or unwillingly, life must change. No longer can I afford unhealthy choices. No longer can I afford to procrastinate long term decisions. No longer can I afford to deny the obvious. Things must change! Living a life knowing it was meant for more and never reaching for more is a life that ends in regret. Time is no longer on my side. Every second must count now if Im to avoid regret. Fulfillment driven by faith must be my final declaration. It is now time to stop merely talking about my mountains. Instead, I must speak to the mountains and summoned them to move! I will look at this periodically to remind myself of my direction. This is my mission statement for 2015. Im sure I will be back next year but my objective will be no different, only better.
