Everyone has different aspirations. I love J lo as shes toned but still has curves. She has a similar shape to me also so its a more realistic aspirstion. I think Cameron Diaz is hot but her shape is completely different to mine! Ive learnt to realise everyone is different and beautiful in their own right. It isnt good to fixate on something that just isnt possible. Learn to love yourself on the inside. Take care of your inner health and youll learn to love yourself on the outside too! Noones perfect but its sure nice to wake up and feel happy with what you see in the mirror. I challenge you to wake up everyday and say atleast 1 thing that you love about yourself. I used to find this so hard, forever saying negative thoughts in my head so trust me just try it and find your inner happiness ๐ To sum up have realistic goals, healthy mind and healthy body. ๐๐ Lets all say one thing that we like about ourselves...Ill start.
