Everyone meet Frankie. Poor little Frankie has hard a rough start to his young life. He somehow wound up in the shelter only for staff to discover he has a broken back leg and fractured pelvic. No one came along to claim him and no rescues initially jumped on him. A volunteer for the shelter couldnt grasp the idea of him being put down so took him home as a temp foster. He has been seen by a surgeon and determined that the leg can be saved. All that was needed was money and a more long term foster for his recovery. We were contacted about Frankie a few days ago and agreed he sounded like a true MM. A few other rescues and individuals have donated towards the surgery and One of our supporters has offered to cover the remaining balance!! So little Frankie will be going under the knife wednesday then off to a foster home and then available for adoption! Hes only a few months old and se small breed mix (maybe min pin/chi).
