Everyone seems so jubilant about the whole "Negative Voting" thing that has been directed to be implemented. I wonder what practical benefit this is going to bring about in the process of positive nation building.Apart from being able to know what percentage of the voters do not support any of the proposed candidates, the ones with majority will still win and the nation will be run by them! And, in a democracy,majority, even if its by a margin of one vote, will facilitate the decision making process. So why make a mockery of those who disagreed and voted in non conformation!
