Everyone who lives and votes in Louisiana, please be aware that it is crucial to get out to the polls on December 6th for the Louisiana run off elections and vote to re-elect Senator Mary Landrieu. She has been an unabashed supporter of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Just this year, she sponsored legislation that secured $224 million dollars for HBCUs nationwide with $8 million being allocated to Louisiana institution.s In addition, she was instrumental in securing funding to help re-build Xavier, SUNO and Dillard after Katrina. We put on for our schools at Classics, at Homecoming and online so lets do the same at the polls on December 6th.
