Except for Wednesday, for the last week I challenged my body to see how it would react to late night meals that are not a part of a healthy diet. Saturday – Tony Martin’s Infamous Suicide Burger Sunday – Maxwell Street Polish and Fries Monday – Sushi from Blue Fin Tuesday – Olive Garden (My mother and grandmother love this place.) Wednesday – Chicken Breast and Broccoli Thursday – Half a Tombstone Pepperoni Pizza I still woke up every day at 4% body fat except for Wednesday morning, which was 5.0%. Again…I am not taking any supplements. Depending on your physical condition, once you get there you can turn your body into a furnace. “Make” the commitment to set some time aside daily for some type of workout, try to eat write and log it. Be consistent and see what is working for you. “Make it happen.”
