Exciting news for my Saturday morning South Yarra Crew! The weather is to be shocking this weekend, and rather than cancel for you again, I have worked out a new option indoors for you Saturday morning! Daniel from Metafit HQ is running new class in Richmond, starting tomorrow morning - 9:45am - 10:15am!!!! Its really not fr from South Yarra at all, and it means no risk of cancelling due to the weather now its warmer. I may come and do the class myself next weekend when im back to full fitness.
