** Executive : Search & Selection ** Senior Procurement Executive Responsibilities: • Sourcing of construction materials, plant machinery and equipment, • Develop effective partnerships with key suppliers and vendors • Implement and achieve KPIs in terms of Cost Savings, Timely Delivery, and Quality of products or services delivered. Review and reduce total cost of ownership. • Manage approved vendors and central supplier databases; and the registration of new suppliers • Administer the centralized material listing and master list • Manage and review the documented processes and procedures related to Procurement and administer Procurement related databases and modules in ERP system • Monitor price trends for critical construction materials and machine • Carry out surveillance of procurement activities and report any irregularities • Generate periodic reports on purchasing activities and inventory listing • Manage, guide and facilitate the training of procurement executives and staff Requirements : • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and/or Materials Management or related fields • Possess at least 7 years’ experience with managing inventory and stock levels • Able to demonstrate good track record in achieving KPIs of price savings, quality management, total cost management and vendor management. • Good working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor relationship management • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word • Work well in a team and have at least 3 years’ experience in managing a small team of procurement executives and/or store personnel.
