Exercise of the day - Front to Back Plyo Lunges. Tone up your Butt and legs with 2-6 rounds on each leg or perform sets of 1 min each leg with beginner version/or 1-2 mins per round of the advanced version for 2-6 rounds with 30-60 sec rest in between sets. When lunging, be sure to keep the front knee behind the toe in the front. Also try to bring the back knee down to the ground if possible. If you are unable to jump, you may try this with some heavy weights to challenge yourself. Always remember, if it doesnt challenge you, it doesnt change you.
