Extremely excited to share with the world that i summitted Mount Aconcagoa 22847 feet in south america argentina on 23rd jan 15.24pm. the 2nd highest peak of the seven summits despite all odds.This is my 4th summit of the seven summits. In june i tore my knee ligaments during my climb in alaska mount mckinley in north america and had my knee operation on july 18th . i worked with my physiotherapists and doctors for almost 6 months. then i landed up on this mountain with full faith. on summit day, Luckily the weather Gods played nice and the climb though very very ardous for me with my knee brace turned to be a winner all the way. Left the cholera camp at 19800 feet at 0530 am and returned at 2110 pm . i feel very good with no headaches and in best of spirits. have come down now to plaza du mulas camp this morning 14400 feet. long walk again. coming down the knees hurt but i have made it. it is with all your wishes, and blessings that i am safe and sound. They say ..going up is optional but coming down is mandatory....many pictures await after i come down to civilization......made india proud again..... oh....the first punjabi woman i am told to have climbed this mountain
