Extremely shabby service from M&S. Had allergic reaction to Holly Sharp Kajal eyeliner & told they would do nothing beyond a refund of price paid as it was basically MY FAULT! Suffered 2 days of soreness and swelling (have pics) but no goodwill gesture offered by so-called Customer Services. Since told lots of friends about my experience & many have said they too have had bad reactions to M&S makeup. AVOID!!!
