Ezra 3 This scriputures talks about reparing and or restoring the foundation of the temple. In our context it means that the whole community is responsibile for the costs in rebuilding the church. Many projects fail in the church because of a lack of support, either because the people do not identify with the project or because they are not well informed about it. Too much involvement by one leader can stifle and discourage community participation. For the project to succeed it must have the support of the whole community.
