F.I.T.T.ness Workshop - call 318 349 0228 to schedule a workshop today. Schedule a Wellness Coach today and learn the techniques of FITTness. Frequency - How often should we exercise and have leisure time Intensity - The level of workout stress Time - When you workout and the length of a session Type - Workout balance workshop agenda (one hour) - "Coming at You" game to help gain an understanding of overall wellness - 15 mins - Take our places and start the Warm-up - 10 mins - Work-out consists of flexibility, strength training, and aerobic exercises - 20 mins (during the entire session we will discuss the exercises we are doing and how they apply to F.I.T.T. We will also talk nutrition and risk behaviors. We will encourage everyone to make a deliberate effort to gain wellness and to spread it to others.) - Cool-down - 5 mins - Q & A, schedule future workshops, and take workout accessory orders - the rest of the hour and any time needed past that. Who knew fitness could be this fun? Build a team of friends and family to help motivate one another in attaining goals. COST: - $10 per person
