FAMILY AND FRIENDS PLEASE HELP US - THIS IS A NATIONAL CALL TO ARMS!! I attempted to contact the Prime Ministers office and was informed that members of the public cannot be put through to the Prime Ministers office and that even where queries are urgent they must put the matter in writing to the Prime Minister and send the letter by post as there is no email!! Naturally, I was horrified by this ridiculous response and closely questioned this person who suggested that if this advice was not useful I might want to contact the consular offices. I explained that we have already contacted the Consular offices who hope to send someone to speak to the Police today, but would like to point out that they are not legally trained and therefore are unable to offer an advice from a legal perspective!!! What scares us is the fact that we have been told that countless prisoners have been acquitted/found not guilty in Greece and have been kept in prison for months, whilst their release is processed!! What we are hearing is that because we lodged an appeal to challenge the ridiculous charge of affray/fighting, we have ruffled feathers and now the full weight of the Police and Judicial system is being brought down on Myles. PLEASE ASSIST US BY TELEPHONING OUR MP, HEIDI ALEXANDER ON 0208 461 4733 OR YOUR MP AND INSIST THAT DAVID CAMERON INTERVENE TO GET MYLES RELEASED TODAY. PLEASE GET ON THE PHONE NOW...... Were bringing Myles home now and no one is going to stop us...Please help us
