FEW Friday: Lets end the week with one more ab workout: We will be intertwining exercises today. Each set will have two exercises included in the cycle. Make sure you keep those abs tight. 4 leg lifts with 3 scissor kicks in between. You will do this 2 set exercise 15 times. 4 crunches with 3 hip raises to ceiling in between. You will do this 2 set exercise 15 times. 4 V-ups with 3 reverse crunches in between. You will do this 2 set exercise 15 times 1 minute plank Repeat 4 time. FEW The Time is NOW
