FG Should Negotiate With Boko Haram – Abike Dabiri-Erewa The Chairman House Committee on Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has asked the Federal Government to dialogue with Boko Haram in order to have its abducted girls back. She spoke in Lagos on Friday on the sideline of an event aimed at highlighting the role of women in emerging African democracies. “Negotiate with them so that we can get these girls back. Thereafter, anything can happen but at this point in time I think the only way out is negotiation to get this girls back safe and sound, and I see no reason why not. “For a long time, we remain in denial as a people, the Federal Government remained in denial that’s where we are today. So at this point in time, negotiate with them because you cant just go there and kill them, they will kill the girls. “So negotiate with Boko Haram and again don’t lets delay that for too long; that I believe is what has to be done now”, she said.
