FLOOD MOLD AND AIR SPORES and Loss of Possible Job Seminar: I - TopicsExpress

FLOOD MOLD AND AIR SPORES and Loss of Possible Job Seminar: I am literally at my wits end on everything right now. I am crying as I type this. This past Friday we had air samples done for our condo building and in our particular unit. As luck would have it, when I called this afternoon. I am blessed to find out we failed the test. However, the mold they found wasnt toxic mold or something you would think might be related to the flooding, but the mold that they found, they are classifying as is common to Colorado type of mold, however they found a high level of quantities in our unit. The re-construction of our unit and the entire HOA units is held up by units that failed this test. I asked if this mold could harm our health or cause sickness problems, the Air Mold specialist said NO, it wouldnt have any effect on your health unless you have major breathing problems or are a smoker. But, they refuse to clear our unit, until they destroy more of our home and re-do the test. Personally, I think they are nitpicking here. So, they told me, yet MORE DRYWALL HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ROOM and drywall removed in our hallway near the furnace and bathroom sink area. I am SO SICK of this flood nightmare. So it seems we still have more stuff to move or put into storage. Trying to figure out how to do that, again.. I am so looking forward to more annoying drilling and pounding--that causes me to go crazy and the dogs to get scared. Plus, am wondering how much more heat loss we will have. I brought that up to the Air Sample guy and the demolishing crew and they seemed to not really care. I feel to them we are just another work order job, in a sea of other work orders. Then as luck would have it. I get a phone call today from the seminar that I was supposed to attend, they called to say I am out of the running because of missing the required seminar because of having the flu. I just feel like crying, oh wait I am..
