FLORIDA STATE BOXING COMMISSION EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOINS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WORLD TITLE BOXING EVENT ORLANDO, Fla. -- Florida State Boxing Commission Executive Director Cynthia Hefren participated in an announcement of the upcoming super welterweight fight featuring Miguel Cotto and Delvin Rodriquez promoted by Top Rank and Miguel Cotto Promotions.
