FLY OVER & MANTRI----TRUE STORY ABOUT FLYOVER FROM NAKHSHASTRASHALLA/PLANETARIUM TO POLICE LINES RAMPUR:--this story will be in parts so keep reading the post under head note FLYOVER AND MANTRI .This flyover starts freedom planetarium which is hardly 50-70 meter away from mantri house &ends at police lines which is about 200 meter from chauraha leading to JAUHER university.from tehsil sadar Rampur to police lines the flyover is being constructed on our agricultural land .the said agricultural land is obtained by making sdm mohd asad to cancel the name of our late father from the revenue records who do not initially wish to do so but under the threat of mantri signed the already typed order at mantri residence at 12 am mid night in 2012.against the law not under UPZALR ACT 1950 which was applicable in Rampur in 1954 but under UPLR ACT 1901 which was the law before independence made by Britishers .though the law applicable in Rampur in 2012 was of 1950 .MULAYAM ji once said after meeting sonia Gandhi ji sarkar keh haat bohat lambae hoteh hae..thats why SDM ASAD signed the order .which is also an offence under sections 219 IPC.against which complaint filed in court but pending since 2013 because police did not registered the FIR. --to be continued.
