How are working people supposed to contact you by telephone if you are not available during evenings and weekends? With the multi million pounds of assets and backing of your parent company, is it too much to ask that you try and accommodate your working customers at convenient times? One of your main rivals has its helpline open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 10pm and Saturday to Sunday, from 9am to 8pm. It is also free to call them. Should you not be trying to emulate (or at least equal) them?
