FO Fitness offers levels 1 and 1.5 Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a perfect way to attain and maintain wellness for beginners and practiced yogis alike. Vinyasa (also called “Power Yoga”) perfectly compliments the intense training sessions at FO Fitness. Each session will improve balance, endurance, flexibility and strength, not only in the body but also in mind, and ultimately, life. Our instructor incorporates Pilates for core work which helps to strengthen and expand each students yoga practice. Starting with a brief chant and ending class with a restful savasana (relaxation pose), Vinyasa will help relieve stress and strain in the mind and body.
