FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 7, 2015 Contact: Krendl (757) 553-0671 info@amagicsolution krendlmagic The Magic of Krendl & Company Enchants the Stage with Happy at Delphos Jefferson Middle School on January 25. HAPPY Conceptualized and performed by The Magic of Krendl and Company. Comedy, magic, music, dance, and danger merge as Krendl keenly captivates crowds with Happy! Appearing in his last public performance before touring for the first time in Australia, magician Krendl returns to his hometown of Delphos, Ohio to enthrall the very community that supported him on his journey to success. Previously performing in Delphos in 2013 with two sold out shows, each with record breaking persons in attendance (1000+), Krendl returns with his newest show entitled Happy! Premiering at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront 24th Street Stage, Happy won Krendl and Company Best in Show for the second consecutive year in 2014. When asked why Happy would be touring to Delphos, Krendl had the following to say: “Happy is about honoring the joys of your inner child and never overlooking even the smallest things that bring joy. It’s only fitting that I bring my show about happiness to the town that continues to make me happiest.” Krendl will be performing signature tricks that have made him an international award winning magician including, for the first time in Ohio, Houdini’s Water Torture Cell, the last stunt performed by the famed illusionist from which he had to be rescued and later passed away. The water torture cell stunt is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat as you hold your breath with Krendl, silently hoping for the safety of your favorite hometown magician as he is lowered into a 250 gallon tank of water upside down, shackled, and locked into place! The production runs approximately 90 minutes (including intermission). Performances will be held at the Delphos Jefferson Middle School Auditorium on January 25th at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Funds raised will support annual youth and community projects of the Delphos Optimist Club. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to show time. Tickets are $10 in advance and available for purchase at Superior Federal Credit Union located on the corner of SR 309 and 5 th street or Kreative Learning Pre School. Tickets may also be charged by phone by contacting UltraSound Special Events at 419-339-9701. Tickets charged by phone will then be mailed or held for customer pick up at will call. All tickets purchased day of show will be $12. All ticket sales are final and the 2013 performances by Krendl were both SOLD OUT shows. Early ticket purchases are encouraged.
