AIRCOM® BP GUN click to enlarge Low-pressure automatic gun, ideal for processes requiring small amounts of pigment combined with high product vaporization (moreover, when dealing with very fine skins it helps to avoid spattering). Main advantages: - superb spray quality with small amounts of pigment; - better sensitivity for paint transfer performance; - better head cleanliness. This gun features dual air adjustment, separate for head and nozzle, which thus enables independent action on vaporization air and on fan air. The BP gun can work at an input vaporization pressure of 1.8 ÷ 4 bars, producing excellent spray results, with a significant drop in internal air (see table). The gold colour on the body is achieved with surface anodic treatment and is practical for protecting against any corrosive agents. The AIRCOM®BP gun has been designed to fit the special “Z-I” 14-hole head.
