So the title transfer can be done after the 15th. Just over 100,000 miles. Its inspected until 5/15, ive taken it to texas and back & everywhere in between. Lets start @ $5,000. Thats crazy cheap for a vehicle this size. Ive been craigslist-ing it to see what is available in that price range and unless you want a 92 astro van, this is a hell of a deal.
