FORGING PARTNERSHIPS. Late this afternoon, SCC President Dr. Edwin.T. Balaki received our partners from the Philippine Information Agency Regional Office 12 and Department of Environmental and Natural Resouces- Regional Public Affairs Office 12. The team was led by Dir. Olivia Sudaria of the PIA. Dr. Balaki showed the developments at the SCC Nature Farm while significant talks regarding future undertakings took place.
