No more UNHEALTHY habits, no more eating unhealthy foods, knowing MY KIDS WOULD IMITATE MY UNHEALTHY WAYS! I couldn’t even bend over to give my kids a bath without my back hurting and playing with my kids was a chore instead of having fun with my kids. I dove into a healthy lifestyle, and was able to loose around 80 lbs on my own through Zumba, Les Mills Body Pump, and good nutrition. . I was determined. But once I had some success, I realized that I wanted MORE! Something was MISSING… I’ve always loved helping others, and inspiring others to improve their situation in all areas so when I took that FIRST step, the Lord blessed me so much over the last year! Since then, I’ve lost 15 more lbs and lots of inches, have made so many friends and have an enormous SUPPORT NETWORK that holds me accountable, inspires me and helps me get back up when I’m down! I also have the privilege of helping others and paying it forward through my own personal experiences. I never thought I could live out the life of my dreams, but because of this opportunity I AM!
