***FREE app of the day*** (Free) Om Nom: Candy Flick is a ton of fun to play. This app is a casual, augmented reality game that is a blast! First, you will need to either print a sheet of paper with images of the cute little monster friend from Cut the Rope, or you can use a second Apple device with the app loaded on it to scan a picture of him from. Once you do that, the fun begins. The little guy pops up in 3D above the paper or device you scanned, and he is hungry for something sweet! You need to use your slingshot to fling him as many candies as possible, trying not to miss. This is a neat app, and you want to keep playing it. It supports quite a few languages, and there are options for turning odd music and/or app sounds. The app has a link to the website for printing the sheet you need, as well as itunes to download the app again, so you can have it on more than one device to play (your other option). There are not true IAPs. There are spots in the app that have links to other apps by this developer, which are ads in a way. So, be aware of that. I really enjoyed this app. If you are letting kids play it, be aware of your settings. I would recommend it as a reinforcer app. It is good for hand eye coordination and just plain fun!
