FROZEN FRUIT TART- Graham crackers, butter, sugar, bag of mixed frozen fruit or fresh fruit, cupcake+papers or pie tin. Makes. 8-10cupcakes 1 8-10pie Smash 10 crackers in bag til fine crumble, add 1/2 stick butter, dusting of regular sugar. Mix into a fluffly gooy crumble. Not too paste like. Slightly Melt frozen fruit- chop fruit -blue berries black berries strawberries, only fresh raspberries( frozen are too broken down and contain a very acidic bitterness) peaches, mix while gently smashing fruit to help break down into almost a paste like. Use finger to form a crust with your crumble. Keep the walls of crust low n thick on cupcakes. High and thin on pie tin. Pile in scoops of fruit paste. Creating a hill with each cupcake high above the crust rim. or an level spread in pie tin. Do not smash fruit down let fruit settle naturally into place. Freeze for 1 1/2 hours max for pie tin. Very cheap to make. Extremely healthy for late evening snacking (as long as ur not diabetic)
