FUNERUS - Death of a God - off of: Reduced to Sludge (2011). I had never heard of FUNERUS before I first heard this song on youtube I think and was immediately hit by their bus. Their filthy style of death metal is what got me right away. The band now sees INCANTATION frontman and mastermind John McEntee joining his wife Jill on vocals, on top of his guitar duties. Other bands that might come to mind while listening to this great album are bands such as HAIL OF BULLETS and BOLT THROWER.
