FURTHER FLASH: I got an email this evening from the USDA telling me how I can file a major complaint against United. YES FLASH: when I got home today I had a message from the person who runs the PetSafe program at United Air Lines...and he left a message that they want to settle the matter of my complaint on Monday. YES. We got through thanks to my complaints and my trust foster mom Nancy.....
