FYI Big day almost here Free yoga July 9th @8am 2nd Ave SS Park NJ on the sand. Bring a food item to help keep the food bank stocked. Last year we had 103 students take class, this year we are hoping for 120. So bring your friends and family and spread the word. NAMASTE ***WE ARE ASKING PEOPLE TO BRING PEANUT BUTTER, RICE, CANNED BEANS, CANNED TOMATO PRODUCTS, CRACKERS, CANNED VEGETABLES, POWERED MILK. THERE WILL BE A TRUCK FROM THE FOOD BANK TO COLLECT MUCH NEEDED ITEMS ON SITE. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR LOVE AND EFFORT FOR THIS GREAT FUN EVENT.
