FYI: I checked on the Commissioners of the Land Office of the State of Oklahoma v. Pointe Vista Development LLC, CJ-2014-159, Oklahoma County lawsuit. Pointe Vistas Motion to a Dismiss was overruled on May 16, 2014. Nothing of record has happened since then. The Commissioners of the Land Office are : Gov. Mary Fallin Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb State Auditor & Inspector Gary Jones Supt. of Public Instruction Janet Barresi Agriculture Commissioner Jim Reese All are up for re-election this year, except Janet Barresi & Jim Reese. Barresi blessedly lost her bid for re-election & Reese was appointed by Fallin. These people, along with the remaining candidates for State Superintendent & our State & Federal Legislators, are the people to speak to about the horrid mess at the old Lake Texoma State Park.
