FYI... We completed (or thought we completed) our September billing. Somehow the program missed almost 1/4 of our students in posting their September tuition to their class juggler account. I have been thru the accounts and have a list of who is missing what charges made. I will be posting the missed charges manually tomorrow morning and will send a revised statement after doing so. Our apologies for the programs mistake. We have a call and email into the company to figure out why this happened. This online enrollment/auto pay situation was supposed to be saving us time... not creating twice as many headaches. Fingers crossed that once we get thru month one that it will be smooth sailing for the rest of the season. I am being told the start up is the hardest, so I will continue to believe that (at least until October 1st anyhow lol!). THANK YOU all for your patience and understanding as we make our way thru this process that I honestly do believe will be a great convenience for all of our customers once we have it all set up and are in the groove of it all. - Miss Nicci
