Facebook Feedback: New York City is reportedly planning to end its ban on cell phones in schools. Its something the mayor promised during his campaign, saying its important for parents to know how to reach their kids at all times. The policy would align with other big city districts -- allowing students to have their phones in school, but requiring them to be put away during class. What do you think? should kids be allowed to have their phones on them just in case -- or is it too big of a distraction?
