Facebook is cool. Its what you make it. I dont always agree with the things people post, but thats the beauty of it. Everyone has an opinion and is entitled to it. Ive seen many stats since the Ferguson decision about people not caring about black on black crime in our own city, so why do they care so much about Ferguson People not protesting in their own neighborhoods. I dont think thats necessarily true. Ive seen many organized marches against violence and Black on Black crime right here in Rochester. Ive seen many people expressing their feelings of disgust whenever someone else is murdered. I think the difference is, when a Black man kills another Black man and gets caught, he is tried, convicted & sentenced to the max, sometimes depending on the evidence. But, when a Black man is killed by a white Police Officer, he never even gets tried, let alone convicted. Its frustrating to see the injustice in our justice system where Black people are concerned. Im not racist by any means. Some of my dearest Friends are white and I love them sincerely. Im just wise enough to know that Blacks have always gotten the short end of the stick and has never been viewed as equal.
