Fact: Sweating does not make you lose weight. You may lose a pound or more of sweat during the moment of the workout, but your thirst will simply replace what was lost. Sweat is simply the bodies air conditioner system when you over heat. Elevating the heart rate to a target BPM(beats per minute) burns calories resulting in weight loss. That can be done in the cold weather minus sweat. By the way, you cant sweat a cold out either. Wearing a sweater or hoodie in the gym to increase your body temperature that causes you to sweat is idiotic. Its just the new gym fission. I had a guy tell me that the sweater is called what it is because its to make you sweat. I told him he was terribly miss informed. If thats the case then why do you park on the drive way but you drive on the parkway.
