Fair work has had my claim since November 1st in regards to my parter being underpaid....apparently sometime in december the matter was cancelled. Not sure who by but definately not from either me or my partner. Ive contacted fair work numerous times over the past week to get an answer on what the hell is going on with our matter, keep getting no where with your customer service team. Spoke to a lady this morni g who said if I hang up now the investigator would call me, DID NOT HAPPEN! Ive now just been on hold for another 30 mins and spoke to someone who again was no help, couldnt do anythjng for me and now have to again wait for an investigator to call me....please!!! Ive waited patiently and quietly but now its frustrating me immensly knowing your team wont follow through with their promises. I need an answer today on what on earth is going on with our matter as its been since Nov 1st and apparently its cancelled!! Why would we lodge something then cancel it?! I need a call back from an investigator by close of busjness today OR I will take this matyer further, complaining about fair work and how untrusting and unhelpful they are. Dissappointing to know that we feel we are getting mistreated by an employer, so we come to you and get the SAME inhumane treatment.
