Fake police rob Indian at Abbasiya Posted on 6/15/2013 Two youths disguised as policemen stole KD 900 cash from an Indian expatriate in Abbasiya. The Indian, who deliver items to the shop, was on his way to home after collecting the cash of 900 KD from various shops in Abbasiya. The suspects are said to have arrived in a White color Prado Jeep and claimed to be police stopped the victim for checking during which they took his wallet by force and stole the aforementioned sum. The incident happened near Anwar Supermarket near Orma Jewellery in Abbasiya on Saturday noon. A Similar incident was reported on Friday morning at Mangaf.
