Fall Into Health Tip # 4: GET ENOUGH REST Lack of proper REST & SLEEP have been a personal struggle of mine for YEARS. My MIND just doesnt STOP. I know that this has been a key factor in my past WEIGHT GAIN & AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES, among other things. I also know that it STILL keeps me from reaching some of my BIGGEST GOALS. It the latter that prompted me to make this a MAIN focus until I get it under control. What does that mean? Well, it means many things, but on the top of the list, it means I sometimes I have to say NO to PROJECTS I am asked to work on or SOCIAL EVENTS that Im invited to attend, this is extremely DIFFICULT for a socially-driven person like myself. Still--- finding proper RESET must REMAIN my focus. #reset #rest #restyourbody #restyourbrain #recharge #rockthecure. #rockyourrest #rockyourlife
