Familiarity breeds contempt! We must all appreciate nonsense when we see it, we do not need to go to law school to see nonsense when it is donated to us by accidents of history. It beats me cdes as to what is it exactly that the Renewal team whatever that means seeks to achieve. It was not too long ago the that the usually abrasive Renewal figure head Tendai Biti was telling any tom dick and nobody who cared to pay attention that him and his team exercised their right of dis association and formed another party with orange colors not forgetting that he and his outfit do not want anything to do with the MDC and were only keeping the name for strategic purposes simply put that was to milk the name for its goodwill and confuse their supporters. Then on the morrow, wait for it, the same leaders of the renewal messrs Biti and Mangoma were telling us that they were bringing Tsvangirai the leader of the party they disassociated with bringing him to a kangaroo court of their party he was never a member or a non card carrying supporter. A divorced spouse cannot be bound by the rules of relationship he or she has ceased to be party to is that not too simple to understand? Well far be it from me to call this nonsensical but it is largely not commonsensical. So what happened to their democratic right of dissociation? Well that said the bunch went ahead with the disciplinary proceedings even when High Court had deemed it a nulity and illegal. They gave their judgment and expelled Tsvangirai. Well cdes I have no problem with Tsvangirai being expelled but from what is the question that begs? From the mdc renewal which has now espoused the orange color or from MDC T? What are they hoping to achieve by expelling Tsvangirai to take the party assets and consequently the supporters who have refused to be wooed to their zany evil axis. This stinks! Now they are being slated left right , center and right again ,in the Herald story headlined Ejection Null and void, say legal experts. I do not usually believe the Herald but today I am being seduced to believe these legal experts. Even their zany pf friends do not agree with them. The rule of law requires that it must be obeyed especially by a renewal team who are saying they want to be champion of (democracy?)said Jonathan Samukange a zany pf aligned lawyer and legislator. It is said that he also described the hearing as kangaroo court. You cannot separate rule of law and democracy. Rule of law requires that you obey court orders, said Samukange. The other time Renewals were telling everyone that Tsvangirais rallies do not mean support people are being bussed to the rallies etc they fatuously claimed, however when they were holding a rally of their own recently in Harare we were plied with pictures of the rally celebrating how the no name party has mad(e) in road in Harare. Kugocha kunoda kwamai shona sages once said. This is an exercise in Bufoonery and nulity, the party itself is a nulity. I laughed when a dear cde told me that Biti and crew are business people taking money from zany pf, taking money from gullible supporters and trying to pull a fast one on their donors. It makes good business sense!
