Family and Friends: I want to share with you that on june 7,2013,I celebrate 39years in the field of Advertising and Sales.As part of my story I want to commend Stan Webb for his candid advice to get my career started.Stan recommended that I try to get on board with three different radio stations KUKA,KEDA and KAPE.I choose KAPE.My First Interview with Franklin Collins Humbled me.It lasted all of five minutes.little did I know that showing up in jeans,shirtial out,tennis,andAfro rake/pick in my hair would poorly represent what I had to offer.I shared what happen at KAPE.She suggested that I get a hair cut.put on a suit,shine my shoes and try KAPE again,maybe this time Franklin Collins the Sales Manager would take me seriously.I took my mother advice and Frank Hired me.That was a wonderful beginning. I have plenty of people to thank especially from the early struggling years. Mozelle Wilson,Chip Atkins,Jerry Moon,Rudy Green,Lareita Meares,Mary Godley,Janice Hickman,Cesta Ayers,Mel Waiters,Hal King, Tom Poe,Sam Way and many more .God willing ,my goal is to work six and a half more years and celebrate my 70th birtday/retirement party with a charity fund raiser.Stay Tuned
