Family, friends, colleagues- when I saw this video was 12 minutes long I had no intention to watch it in its entirety but I couldnt stop watching. My friend Joel Burns gives a gripping speech that had me in tears. We all have a responsibility to stop bullying. We must teach our children about tolerance. Regardless of your position on the matter our LGBT loved ones must be treated with respect. It looks like as a result of this speech Joel made the TV circuit a few years ago, including Ellen!--but I missed it until now. His message remains relevant and is timeless so I hope you will forward this on. His message to teens: Attitudes will change, life will get better, you will have a lifetime of happy memories if you just allow yourself and give yourself the time to make them. Joel thank you for your leadership and your courage.
