Fan Post- I dont care if you post anon or not but wanted some insight from everyone thank you so much!!! I have 2 bio kids (3&9) and 2 step kids (also 3&9). I am marrying my fiancé in May but have been living with him for more then a year now will all of our kids full time and soley parenting them except his son (the 3yr old) His Xwife is the mother of SS3 but not SD9. She has been acting out a lot lately and not wanting to listen to anything we say and also being abusive and very mean to my two kids (we barely see SS anymore) but ss mother was extremely abusive to SD during the marriage and it doubled up after the became pregnant with SS. Today SD told me that xstep mother made her bend over and spanKED her and wouldnt stop till she was screaming and crying. Then a few mins later SD speaks to her bio mom (who is back in the pic after 3yrs) and tells her bio mom the xstep mother also choked her and she couldnt breath WHILE HER DAD WAS AT WORK . This is barely the end of the list if stories I have of abuse but anyways... 2 things. #1 all bio mom said was well you should have told your dad when it happened and #2 do you think its too late to press charges? We are in the process already of going for full custody if SS because Xstep mom is mentally abusive to him. What do you guys think is our options as far as charging her with child abuse against my step daughter?
