Fan Share Fan post: i just wanted to share my birthing story with yall!!! Yesterday my husband and i went shopping and got the remainder of the items we needed to bring our baby boy home. When we returned from shopping we took naps then went walking. I began having contractions 1-2 minutes apart while walking but when i stopped they were 4-5 minutes apart. I called labor and delivery since the hospital we were using was 40 minutes away, they told me to come in to be put on monitor. We then made the drive and was told i was 3-4 cm.. they waited one hour checked me again.. no change. So they sent me home and told me to come back if contractions were 3-5 minutes apart. The drive home they were 2 minutes apart and i could hardly stay still. My husband knew i was in.pain and took me to our local hospital i was 4 cm. 12 hours later we have a beautiful healthy 6 lb 13 oz 21 inches long baby boy!!! Born july 14 @ 11:41! -alexxx
