Dylan Andren (22) plead no contest to two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, with a third offense being dismissed in a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Kevin D. Harris (42) plead guilty to domestic battery and will serve 30 days in jail as well as 1 year on probation. Joshua Raunio (28) plead no contest to misdemeanor battery. He was placed on probation for one year, must take anger management classes, undergo counseling and follow through with any recommended treatment. He also plead no contest to false imprisonment, but judgment on the matter was deferred for two years, and an additional disorderly conduct citation was dismissed. Ryan J. Lenzner (33) was fined $100 plus court costs after pleading guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. Steven Kontizer (20) plead no contest to disorderly conduct and placed on probation for one year. He also plead no contest to a felony count of bail jumping but judgment was deferred for one year. William F. Moffat (33) plead guilty to counts of child neglect and bail jumping. An additional count of second degree reckless endangerment of safety was dismissed. He must cooperate with the Department of Social Services as condition of a one year term of probation. Gregory Moreno (31) plead guilty to driving with a revoked license and fined $100 plus court costs. Edward Socha (23) plead no contest to causing injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle in addition to a charge of bail jumping. He was fined $300 and 30 days in jail. His jail term will include Huber-release privileges. A two year prison term split between a year of incarceration and one year of extended supervision, was imposed but stayed. Riley J. Dahms (19) plead guilty to one count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and a second count involving the manufacture or delivery of marijuana linked to an undercover drug buy. He was sentenced to serve 75 days in jail and placed on Probation for two years. Judgment on one of the offenses was deferred for two years. Additional counts of resisting arrest, theft and disorderly conduct were dismissed. Nicholas Basuki (23) entered into a plea agreement clearing four cases and six counts. He plead no contest to charges of possession of marijuana and possession of an illegally obtained prescription, two bail jumping counts and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and one year of probation. He plead no contest to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was fined $817.50 and had his license revoked for six months. Makayla J. Schultz (18) plead guilty to two counts for possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of obstructing an officer, and one count of bail jumping. She was placed on probation for one year and fined $200 plus court costs, as well as $200.50 for underage drinking. Jeffery A. Lewis (30) plead guilty to an amended count of possessing marijuana. He was fined $100 plus court costs. Nathan R. Wilz (48) was sentenced to one year in the Wisconsin State prison system for a 7th offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, followed by a year of extended supervision with the Department of Corrections. In addition to the prison sentence, he was fined $2252 and had his license revoked for 36 months. He must also equip his vehicle with an ignition interlock device.
