FanQ: A friend of mine reffered me to your page.... I have a question. My 1 1/2 month old daughter has a habit (even while she is swaddled) to dig her heels into her mattress and scoot up to the corner of her crib while hitting ever rail on the way up til she is pinned in the corner. When she gets the she keeps pushing! She gets these big red lines on the sides of her head and I am afraid she will give herself brain damage! I was told to use her bumper pads and just tuck them down a bit, but I am afraid when she flailers her arms she will pull them up and strangle her self or pinn her hed under them and suffocate herself.
