Fathers Day is fast approaching and it has gotten me thinking about how important it is to capture moments with your dad in pictures. As I was growing up my dad was always the one behind the camera and very seldom in a photograph at all unless it was in the background and he did not know the photograph was being taken. Even at my wedding there were few photographs of me with my father. One of the most important people in my life. As I looked through my wedding album years later I decided that would not be the case with wedding Brad and I photographed. I have always made it a point to have special pictures with my brides and grooms with their fathers. Picture with parents are some of the most important pictures to me because as we learn the hard way they will not always be here for us. If Brad and I photographed your wedding let us know the importance to you of pictures with your dad or mom.
